Four Ways to Handle Worries


• Rather than focusing on the worry, focus
on doing something about it. If you can’t
figure things out, brainstorm solutions
with a trusted friend.
• Stay busy to crowd out worry. Active
people don’t have time to worry!
• Share your problems with a trusted friend
or family member. Tell them what is troubling
you. Clear your mind and heart.
• Set boundaries. If you must worry, designate
one hour of the day to this activity.
When that hour is up, you’re done!
